Food was good...if I knew my burger came with the aoli sauce I would have left out.... Tip for cleaning the glass in restaurant First take a clean rag with clear water..Wipe until no streaks...The in a bottle mix half vinegar half water.you wipe with a clean dry cotton rag...will be amazed...They are using too much glass cleaner .. too much
Also dust the lamps above the tables...
Thanks Linda -

The food was great love RR but, my opinion the staff should be cleaning on down time. The windows inside are dirty as well as the floor and dusty too. Just saying will be back

Idk how this is saying this is my first check in here... we absolutely love this place. I have not had a bad experience (fingers crossed).
I absolutely love the Tower of Onion rings with the campfire Mayo.... yummy
My favorite burger is the Burnin Love Burger, has the right amount of kick with the nice juicy burger
I always get the garlic herbed fries which are also Bottomless which is the best part...
Perfect place for an Milkshake (nana nana moo moo) nice thick and full of deliciousness... -

The only reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars is for our server. A few coworkers and I visited this place today for our Birthday lunch. It wasn't really busy when we came but it got crowded with the lunch rush later on. I think I only counted 3 servers for the entire restaurant and I think it was about 70% full with some large groups. So you do the math. We overheard one server saying there was only 1 cook to a group so that probably explained the delay. Our server did the best he could but you could tell he was overwhelmed. The manager on duty was filling in where he could too but it was very understaffed.
Food - well for the price? It was ok. I mean $14 for a burger with blue cheese and portabella mushrooms is by no means a deal but I didn't pay for lunch. :)
It will be a while before I stop by this place again. It's not what it used to be. -

First visit here. Only 2nd time at a Red Robin. First time was in Seattle... Not a good experience. This time, mostly everything about our visit was great. Tyler, our server was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Same goes for the manager, Bonnie. She visited our table several times and refilled our drinks and ensured we were being taken care of. A+ on the service. We ordered 3 burgers... The Bonsai, the Whiskey, and the Red Robin. All 3 were delicious! The dining area was large and clean; my husband liked the vibe in the place. I liked that we could pay right from our table using a table-top card swiper.
I think the only negative was the host who seated us. He was a young boy who took a few seconds to look up from his tablet to greet us. He also did not ask us we preferred a booth or table. And when we asked him to help us apply our gift card... He couldn't figure it out so he asked us to ask our server. He seemed nice enough... I just think someone working the front of the house should appear more polished and be more knowledgeable.
